Lindsay is a passionate and caring animal lover. She grew up in upstate New York with her family and three Labrador retrievers. When her pups passed away, she began volunteering at Guiding Eyes for the Blind in Brewster, NY, specifically in the early training and socialization program. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and minors in Leadership Studies and Communications at The University of Rhode Island, Lindsay moved to Burlington, VT.
She discovered a force-free behavior and dog-training facility, Fetch The Leash. Here is where she gained hands-on experience working with a wide range of dog behavior and realized dog training can be a meaningful career path for her. Lindsay is very passionate about creating the safest and richest life possible for any dog. She is now studying to gain her certification in dog training at The Academy for Dog Trainers.
She recently moved to Colorado and feels lucky to have landed at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, where she supports Puppy Club. Lindsay shares an apartment in Boulder with two great friends, where they enjoy caring for pets.
