Lisa Gallegos, CPDT-KA, CGC evaluator

Lisa Gallegos is a CPDT-KA, CGC evaluator, and Catch Academy Mentor, currently working towards her Atlas Assistance Dogs certification. Her dog training journey began in 2015 after adopting her first rescue dog, Ziggy, which introduced her to the world of positive reinforcement (R+) training. Inspired by the effectiveness of science-based methods, Lisa started assisting with puppy classes and quickly became immersed in the field.

In 2021, Lisa founded Collab Dog Training, a company dedicated to service dog training, basic manners, and leash skills. She made the bold decision to leave her corporate marketing career and pursue her passion for dogs full-time. Her expertise has since garnered her a following of over 30K subscribers on her YouTube channel, where she shares valuable training tips, and she continues to offer online dog training courses to clients worldwide.

Lisa is committed to helping dog guardians build stronger relationships with their pets through force-free, fear-free training methods. She believes in the power of compassion and understanding to create lasting bonds between dogs and their people. Based in Arvada, Colorado, Lisa works with clients both locally and virtually, reaching dog guardians everywhere.

Outside of dog training, Lisa enjoys photography, drone videography, digital art, and is a proud Swiftie!
